ABOUT THIS RECOGNITION OF EXCELLENCE

MARIM Risk Management Award was introduced in 2009 and MARIM has consistently
organised this prestigious award every year.

This award intends to recognise the individuals and organisations/institutions that
demonstrates effective planning, communication and collaboration in implementing risk
management initiatives and has gone the extra mile with measurable results in
effectively implementing risk management strategies for the achievement of its
objectives and/or creating added value to the organisation.

The awards will be given to the individuals and organisations that have not only
effectively implemented risk management strategies but have also significantly
contributed to the organisation success through robust ESG, resilience and
innovation practices.

Further, this is to also give due recognition to the individuals and
organisations/institutions in its pursuit of excellence in a challenging and constantly
evolving environment. The award winners will be known and recognised as the top
benchmark for the risk management profession in Malaysia.
